Artefacts act as interfaces for interaction to occur between the designer, user and the designed artefact. Artefacts when provided with a purpose which makes something else purposeful, creates new contexts for the user to explore when interacting; translating it as a tool. The tools formulated for this projected were taken out of the context of my own design practice. This series of speculative tools allow the network designed to monitor and visualise sensory activity from the surrounding enviroment as tangiable and tactile artefacts.
